Club Training Nights

Club training is led by one of our qualified coaches on the following nights:

  • Monday – Coached Swim Session* – Leisure Zone – 18:00-18:45 or 18:45-19:30
  • Tuesday –  Running – Track Session – Mark Hall Sports Centre – 20:00-21:00
  • Wednesday – Running – Track Session – Mark Hall Sports Centre – 17:00-18:00 / 18:00-19:00
  • Thursday – Running – 10km – Mark Hall Sports Centre –  18:30-21:00
  • Friday – Coached Swim Session* – Leisure Zone – 06:00-07:00

 

  • Further weekend training is arranged by members throughout the year:
    • Sunday – Longer Social Run with Cut Offs** – Mark Hall Sports Centre – 08:30-10:00

*Booked in 16-week blocks & subject to availability, 16-week course fee and LZ membership.
**Subject to races and availability of club members to arrange.
