Unfortunately we cannot cannot cater for anyone under the age of 16. Please contact Harlow Athletics Club who cater for young athletes.
There is no pressure to join straight away, we usually say to folk come try us out for a couple of weeks to see if you like it/us!
Training sessions are held at Mark Hall Sports Centre. Tue and Thu are the main club sessions, hence for your first visit it would be advisable to attend one of those evenings. The requirement to join a Thu session is being able to comfortably run 5 miles without stopping.
No need to book, just turn up.

Before attending, do check out our Facebook page for updates on training sessions, and any last minute changes to the calendar. During the Summer we often replace a Thu session from Mark Hall with a Pub Run, so to avoid disappointment keep tabs on the Facebook page.
