Starting at 9.30am near Mark Hall Sports Centre, London road CM17 9LR Harlow, with ample changing and showering facilities, car parking

Runners may win no more than one individual prize.

Online entries ONLY via runbritain.com an extra 50p will be added.  (Entries will only be accepted on the day if the race limit has not been reached.)


Closing date for postal pre-entries: 21st July 2013.


All numbers and timing chips must be collected from Race HQ on race day between 7.30am and 9am.You will NOT receive anything in the post.

Minimum age limit: Runners must be at least 17 years of age on 28th July 2013 to compete.

Regretfully, the course is unsuitable for wheelchair athletes.
