8th November - Wormwood Scrubs (Thames Valley Harriers)

29th November - Ruislip (Hillingdon AC)

17th January - St Albans (Herts Phoenix AC/Metropolitan Police AA)

14th February - Horsenden Hill (Ealing, Southall & Middlesex AC)

Ladies races 6k start at 1.55, Men 8k at 2.30
