Harlow Running Club plans to run beginner courses throughout the year.
The courses are led by Paul Schroder. He is supported by experienced running club members whom hold an UKA Leadership in Running Fitness qualification.
The course is dependent on numbers, so if we do not have a full course it will be cancelled and you will be advised to book onto the next planned course later in the year.
The 2018 Course Dates are as follows:
- 6th February – 26th April [FULL]
- September to December [Dates TBD]
This is a 12 week course for ages 16+ and takes place on Tuesday evenings at 6.30pm from Mark Hall Sports Centre for approximately 1 hour.
This course aims to take a complete novice from running 0.5 Mile to 5 miles over the course of 12 weeks.
Upon completion, you should be more than capable of joining in with the normal Harlow Running Club Sessions.
Please sign up in advance to avoid disappointment as the course has a limit of 24 people.
