I have a spare number for this sunday's race in Cambridgeshire but am injured. If anyone would like to run this, get in touch with me and I can give you the information needed to make an official transfer. It's a very well organised race and the last 3 miles are more or less all downhill! | |

LADIES 5K Series: We are now accepting entries for the popular Harlow Ladies 5K series held on Tuesday evenings in May/June. Further details can be found here...
HARLOW 10: We are now accepting entries for the Harlow 10, to be held on Sunday 22nd July. Further details can be found here...
BEGINNERS: Harlow Running Club are currently taking bookings for their beginners sessions in 2012. Courses last 8 weeks, cost £16 and are held at Mark Hall Sports Centre on Tuesday nights at 6.30pm-7.30pm.
