Hi Jon
I was wondering if you or any of you runners would be interested in a race I have organised in Ware on the 2nd of October.
It is the first in a 10k race series set up to push you to your limits, all on the challenging terrain of the Easneye Estate. I've attached the race poster if you want to take a look and would also be more than happy to come down talk to you and/or any of your runners who show interest.

BEGINNERS: Harlow Running Club are currently taking bookings for their beginners sessions in 2012. Courses last 8 weeks, cost £16 and are held at Mark Hall Sports Centre on Tuesday nights at 6.30pm-7.30pm.
