My sister works for the NSPCC in Scotland and they have some spare Gold Bond places for the Loch Ness Marathon on 2nd October. It’s £50 registration fee and £500 min sponsorship (although they may be flexible in order to use the bonds up)
Please can you let the members of the running club know and perhaps put the details on the website? I have also attached the advert she sent me.

LADIES 5K Series: We are now accepting entries for the popular Harlow Ladies 5K series held on Tuesday evenings in May/June. Further details can be found here...
HARLOW 10: We are now accepting entries for the Harlow 10, to be held on Sunday 22nd July. Further details can be found here...
BEGINNERS: Harlow Running Club are currently taking bookings for their beginners sessions in 2012. Courses last 8 weeks, cost £16 and are held at Mark Hall Sports Centre on Tuesday nights at 6.30pm-7.30pm.
