We would be really grateful if you could circulate the following e-mail to the members of your club;

Headway Essex provides vital support to improve the lives of people who have survived a brain injury and provide support to their families and carers. To help raise funds for our services we have secured 10 places and this year’s Run to The Beat Event, which will be held on Sunday September 25th, starting from the O2 Arena in London.

We are struggling to fill these places so this is an urgent plea to find people who would like to take part this year and are willing to raise money for Headway Essex.

To secure a guaranteed place with the team, we ask for a *non-refundable registration fee and also the applicants pledge to try and raise a minimum of £250 for Headway Essex, to help us provide services and support for survivors of brain injury and their families. *Any runners raising £300 or more will have their registration fee refunded.

Registration Fees

Early Bird Registration Fee £30 (available until Friday 15th July 2011)

Registration Fee from 16th July 2011 £60

We will supply sponsorship forms, guidance on setting up a just giving page, an information pack and Headway literature. When runners receive a minimum of £100 in sponsorship pledges we will also supply a t-shirt or running vest. We offer all our runners lots of moral support and encouragement and I will be there on the day to greet you when you arrive and cheer you on!

If you would like one of the places, please contact Joanne Hockey as soon as possible on the telephone number below, or by emailing joanne.hockey@headwayessex.org.uk, and take advantage of our “Early Bird” registration fee valid until Friday 15th July.

Visit www.headwayessex.org.uk to find more about our work with survivors of brain injury and their families and www.runtothebeat.co.uk for more info on the event itself
