Guys Apologies, but my laptop crashed last night with a "W32 Blaster Worm" and has spent all day in the hands of our IT dept being completely re-imaged. This means the priority work I was meant ot be completing today hasn't been done - and I can;t get my laptop back until around 6pm this evening, after which point I need to be working. So, I can neither run as part of the team, or marshall as part of the support crew !! Apologies to Andy, Karen and everyone else - I hope all goes well for this evening..
Note : I am using a colleagues computer to send this, so it's unlikely I'll see any replies until tomorrow..

BEGINNERS: Harlow Running Club are currently taking bookings for their beginners sessions in 2012. Courses last 8 weeks, cost £16 and are held at Mark Hall Sports Centre on Tuesday nights at 6.30pm-7.30pm.
