Hi all, have recently moved to harlow and never joined a club before . I have completed a a 3k and two 5k fun runs and have had a spell of running in the evenings 20/30 mins back in the summer but done nothing since and want to push this further for health and social aspect . Any idears or help on getting me started would be great.

Thanks Sally

Sally,

I would recommend coming down to one of our beginners sessions on a Tuesday at 6:30 and trying us out if you have not already done so.  We are a club that caters for people of all abilities, so please do not have any preconceptions that to join a club you have to be a 'fast' runner.

By joining a club you will be running as part of a group, which is more motivating and safer, especially in the darkness of winter nights.

If you would like any further information that the website does not answer, please contact harlowrc@gmail.com and I will do my best to pass your enquiry on.
