Thank you Karen for organising the xmas party at the Manor of Groves. Great place, good food and lovely people to have a boogie with. We really enjoyed it and everyone seemed to be having a good time.

Thank you for that. I really enjoyed it too although I could have done with another hour, I was just warming up ready to hit the dance floor!!!!

LADIES 5K Series: We are now accepting entries for the popular Harlow Ladies 5K series held on Tuesday evenings in May/June. Further details can be found here...
HARLOW 10: We are now accepting entries for the Harlow 10, to be held on Sunday 22nd July. Further details can be found here...
BEGINNERS: Harlow Running Club are currently taking bookings for their beginners sessions in 2012. Courses last 8 weeks, cost £16 and are held at Mark Hall Sports Centre on Tuesday nights at 6.30pm-7.30pm.
