FRIDAY 7th MAY IS MY BIRTHDAY. I am having a drink up in Sawbridgeworth starting at the White Lion at 8 O'clock. and then doing the rounds (There is a lot of pubs in Sawbo).
Everyone is welcome it would be nice to see you all.

LADIES 5K Series: We are now accepting entries for the popular Harlow Ladies 5K series held on Tuesday evenings in May/June. Further details can be found here...
HARLOW 10: We are now accepting entries for the Harlow 10, to be held on Sunday 22nd July. Further details can be found here...
BEGINNERS: Harlow Running Club are currently taking bookings for their beginners sessions in 2012. Courses last 8 weeks, cost £16 and are held at Mark Hall Sports Centre on Tuesday nights at 6.30pm-7.30pm.
