I understand HRC will have a stand here from 12.00-18.00 this Sunday:

I'm running the WGC 10m that morning but I'll try to get down after that for awhile, maybe about 1-2pm ish. Would be good to see a few HRC-ers there.

HARLOW 10: We are now accepting entries for the Harlow 10, to be held on Sunday 22nd July. Further details can be found here...
BEGINNERS: Harlow Running Club are currently taking bookings for their beginners sessions in 2012. Courses last 8 weeks, cost £16 and are held at Mark Hall Sports Centre on Tuesday nights at 6.30pm-7.30pm.
